I am dedicated to creating a validating and comfortable space that fosters vulnerability and connection. In my practice I work within an anti-oppressive, client centered framework that views you as the expert in your own life and experiences.
I have extensive training in cross-cultural practice and believe in upholding and respecting cultural needs and perspectives. I am trained and practiced in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Schema Therapy, and Solution Focused Therapy.

Attend your introductory session
The first session is an opportunity to see if services at Aurora therapy are a good fit for you. In this session the therapist will tell you more about themselves and their practice. Also you will have an opportunity to speak about the reasons you are seeking therapy and you will be given some time to ask any question you may have.

Start to achieve your goals
If you find that your therapist is a good fit you and your therapist will set goals and work together to achieve those gaols. If we are not a good fit we will help you find someone who is! We are dedicated to helping you achieve your gaols even if it’s not with us.
